XSkylab offers solutions focused on the mining sector, including geomorphologic studies based on digital elevation and contour line models, to support the planning and management of mineral resources. Our solutions process and analyze information from high-resolution and high spectral content images. Multitemporal remote sensing data allow operations to be planned efficiently, allowing the precise monitoring of variations in the terrain, and consequently the volume of mineral extracted. Also, data from interferometric analyses are important to monitor the stability of the terrain, and thus ensure the safety of the venture. As a result of our experience in the environmental sector, we have the capacity to monitor mining activities, almost always with the continuous use of satellite images to assess the planning and conducting of Environmental Impact Studies (EIA/RIMA), Degraded Area Recovery Projects (PRAD) for environmental licensing purposes.
